The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a key role in our finance department and requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident managing wages and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner
· Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Sage 50, including invoicing, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance
· Assist with VAT returns and other statutory financial reporting
· Maintain accurate financial records and support internal reporting processes
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience in payroll processing and general finance administration
· Level 3 / 4 AAT qualified or equivalent
· Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts software is essential
· High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting
· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks
· Excellent organisational and communication skills
· A flexible, hands-on approach and a willingness to support wider business operations when needed
· Experience with external auditors
