Dolce Ltd is a national school meals caterer providing freshly made school meals across the UK. A family business, we value our reputation for delicious school dinners and reward those that enhance this reputation.
Your main duties include:
- Collecting and delivering meals between sites.
- Working closely with the Kitchen Supervisor to ensure the children receive a tasty nutritionally balanced meal every day.
- Serving meals to primary school children.
- Cleaning of the dining area, kitchen surfaces, cupboards, tables and equipment.
- Washing dishes, cutlery, containers, etc.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous catering experience in a similar environment would be preferred.
- An awareness of health, safety and security in the kitchen is preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to communicate well with young children.
- Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative.
- Ability to adapt to change and take on different tasks as and when required.
- A DBS check will be required (cost covered by Dolce).
A clean driving license with your own vehicle is essential. You will be reimbursed for mileage.
This role is offered on a permanent part time basis, Monday to Friday, during term time and is subject to the applicant's eligibility to work in the UK and a successful DBS clearance.
