We’re now looking for a creative professional to lead the production of content that reflects the standard of our work across digital platforms and beyond.
The Role
We’re hiring a Creative Marketing Designer to lead the creation of engaging content across our social channels and brand materials. This role will suit someone who’s highly confident in producing video, graphics, and marketing materials from concept to delivery. The focus of the role is content generation and digital curation across our platforms, but there is scope for the role to grow depending on your skills and interests.
This is a part-time position (minimum 3 days per week), with hybrid working available if required.
At least one day per week in our Ilkeston office is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, and our website
- Create social media posts including short-form reels, carousels, and image ads optimised for each platform
- Ensure all content meets media size requirements for each social platform
- Manage content scheduling across Facebook, Instagram, and GMB
- Design and create branded email campaigns
- Develop and maintain visual materials including brochures, signage, staff notices, and internal documents
- Maintain consistent brand style and tone across all outputs
- Support content growth strategies through engaging, platform-specific creative
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and business development
Required Software Skills
- Final Cut Pro & Motion, or Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable using Apple Mac systems (our working environment is Mac-based)
- Familiarity with content formatting for Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business
Desirable but Not Essential
- Experience with Keynote, Pages, Google Docs, or Google Sheets
- Advanced skills in SEO, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), or Google Ads
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns)
If you bring strong additional digital marketing experience (such as PPC, SEO, or ad campaign management), the role has the potential to grow into a full-time position.

What We Offer
- £30,000 – £40,000 per year (pro rata, depending on experience)
- Hybrid working – minimum 3 days per week, with at least 1 day in-office
