Think Business Support Limited is a professional provider of business to business property related maintenance across London at the wider South East region. We operate a large number of contracts with Local Councils, Housing Associations, Facilities Management Companies, Property Management Companies, Property Developers as well as Businesses in the Private Sector. Due to our continued growth we are seeking an experienced Cleaning Operative to clean an Essex Wildlife Trust Visitor Centre at Thorndon Country Park in the Warley, Brentwood area.
Duties will include the cleaning of office areas, including toilets, canteen and welfare facilities.
This is a part-time permanent position, starting from 8.30am, 5 times a week Monday to Friday, for 2 hours per visit.
Cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided. Reliability, conscientiousness and the ability to work to your own initiative will be key skills required by the successful candidate.
Under our local labour initiative, we are positively encouraging applicants residing in close proximity to the work site. Due to the remote location of the customer premises, travel by car to and from work is essential.
