Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:
- Provide personal care and emotional support during nighttime hours
- Ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected overnight
- Monitor wellbeing and respond to needs with compassion
- Maintain a calm, peaceful environment throughout the night
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team
