## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Other barista skills such as latte art would be an advantage, we are looking for somebody that is passionate about what they do and articulate and would have great customer service skills.
## Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar area
- Operate coffee-making equipment efficiently and safely
- Assist with food preparation and help maintain stock levels
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders effectively
- Knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions accurately
- Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy cafe environment
