Part-Time Bar work (Tuesday & Sunday)

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Barperson to assist with the bar and floor operations of our small, friendly venue. This is a part-time position - 12 hours per week, 2 shifts of 6h every Tuesday and Sunday. 30–50 Covers on Tuesday and Sundays when the kitchen is open.
We also offer plenty of overtime during events for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist with day-to-day bar and floor operations, including customer service, taking orders, food running and problme solving.
- Work in a small front-of-house team (typically 2–3 people, including yourself)
- Liaise with the chef as needed – the kitchen is simple and independently managed
- Uphold venue standards in cleanliness, service, and basic maintenance (including light fixes when required)
- Ensure a smooth, welcoming members experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not required – we’re happy to provide training to the right person
- Someone dependable, proactive, and comfortable in a small team
- candidate should be confident talking to customers, organized with good time keeping.
- A practical approach to keeping the venue in good shape – this might include occasional minor fixes or improvements

Pay & Benefits:
- £12.21–£14.50 per hour, depending on experience
- Paid monthly
- 12-hour contract, with statutory holiday entitlement of 6.8 days per year (based on 5.6 weeks pro rata)
