We're looking for a capable, confident administrator to join our busy office on a part-time, job share basis. No two days are the same, so you’ll need to be organised, quick-thinking, and comfortable juggling a range of tasks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Answering calls and welcoming visitors
- Responding to customer emails and enquiries
- Inputting and managing data in our CRM system
- Processing service requests and liaising with customers
- Supporting the team with day-to-day admin
What we’re really looking for:
You’ll need strong IT skills and a sharp eye for detail. Our CRM system is key to how we operate, and we’re looking for someone who can not only manage it day-to-day, but also take ownership of CRM-related projects. If you’re the kind of person who spots how things could work better - and actually makes it happen - we want to hear from you.

Pay: £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
