Paramedic – Primary Care | GP Surgery-Based Role

Hours: Full-time / Part-time considered

We are seeking a dedicated, autonomous, and clinically confident Paramedic to join our friendly and forward-thinking GP practice team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in primary care while continuing to deliver high-quality patient care.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting same-day urgent care clinics and triage appointments
- Managing minor illnesses and injuries within scope of practice
- Supporting chronic disease management in collaboration with the wider team
- Undertaking home visits when appropriate
- Working closely with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care
What We’re Looking For:
- HCPC-registered Paramedic with at least 2 years of post-registration experience
- Experience in urgent or emergency care (primary care experience desirable but not essential)
- Confident working independently and making autonomous clinical decisions
- Excellent communication and patient assessment skills
- Willingness to undertake training relevant to primary care
- BSc Paramedic Science or other relevant and equivalent qualification or training pathway
