Chapman Property Maintenance is looking for an all round Multi Skilled Tradesman within easy travelling distance of SG16 6NE. In particular you will have good skills in painting and decorating. Experience with 'Timbabuild' or similar will be an advantage.
All work is within a 10 mile radius of SG16 (Lower Stondon/Henlow) and you must have your own transport.
A flexible attitude and approach to work is essential and you will be required to work with others; you will have a good team working personality.
Our market is domestic property maintenance involving numerous skills.
- External work: Fencing, decking, paving, block paving, garden clearance, timber building construction
- Internal work: Kitchens and bathrooms, painting and decorating, stud walling etc
- Landscaping: Hard and soft landscaping
You must be willing to turn your hand to most trades and we provide a high quality standard of workmanship with a portfolio of numerous repeat customers.
These positions are on a self employed basis on a job by job basis.
