North London based Contractor seeks Social Housing experienced painters to undertake decoration to occupied kitchen & bathroom renewal programme in Islington
Daywork rate £150.00 - £160 experience dependant but majority of work on price
Price work as follows
- Kitchen £265.00
- Bathroom £200.00
- Separate WC £100.00
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
· Experience of undertaking this type of work before i.e. local authority Decent Homes work
· Be flexible and able to work in a team
· Be trustworthy and able to work under own initiative
· Be quick and clean
APPLICANTS MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
· BLUE CSCS Card
· Ability to read and understand English
· All the necessary papers to work in the UK
· Asbestos awareness certificate (can be obtained online)
