We are looking for someone to join our dedicated Outpatients team. You will book appointments, manage patient schedules, and provide exceptional service to our patients, families, and colleagues.
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent experience, you’ll have great organisational skills and the ability to handle a busy workload. Experience working in an administrative or reception role is essential.

Reporting into the Outpatient Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Book and manage appointments according to Trust standards.
Engage with patients, visitors, and staff, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
Perform administrative tasks, including filing referrals, sorting post, and scanning documents.
Handle phone calls, emails, and book services such as interpreters and transport.
Greet visitors and provide necessary information at the reception desk.
Provide support for other roles during absence and suggest improvements for service delivery.
