Robert E Lloyd is a family-run, independent optician with two practices in South Wales, established for over 40 years. We are currently seeking an experienced Optical Assistant to join our team at our Cardiff practice.
We are a close-knit team dedicated to providing exemplary standards of customer care and service. Our goal is to enrich our customers' lives with the highest quality optical care and products available.
As the face of our practice, you will be dedicated to supporting patients with their optical needs and helping us continue to deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and managing appointments
- Advising on frames, lenses, and contact lenses
- Handling transactions and stock management
- Maintaining a clean and inviting practice
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous optical experience (essential)
- Loves helping people and providing excellent service
- Has strong communication and sales skills
- Is organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Enjoys working in a team-driven environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
