We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Operations Team Leader to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our processes while leading a team to achieve organisational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a knack for analysing operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of operational staff, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
- Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive working environment.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate training and development activities for team members to enhance their skills.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress towards targets.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss objectives, challenges, and successes.
- Coordinate job bookings with assistant.
- Visit sites for job quotations.
Skills
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Experienced in house maintenance sector with ability to price the jobs.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication within diverse teams.
Salary:
- Basic salary + monthly commission based on target.
