- Salary: £11,085 per annum plus benefits
- (Full time equivalent £25,635)
- 16 hours per week (2 negotiable weekdays out of 5)
- Home based with occasional travel to Magna-Dorchester.

The role & what you take care of: (Role know internally as Operations Support Associate)
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Operations Support Administrator to become part of our dedicated team of Building Safety and Compliance professionals. In this position, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to ensure efficient, accurate, and reliable data processing. Our primary objective is to manage all customer interactions promptly and effectively, ensuring that each contact delivers an exceptional experience from the beginning.
- Facilitate administrative support and foster team collaboration to ensure efficient, accurate, and reliable data processing.
- Ensure all customer contact is managed and responded to promptly, guaranteeing that customers receive the best experience at the appropriate time, on the first interaction.
- Process and collate data for payments to suppliers, contractors, and staff. Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and work practices, while compiling and preparing statistics as required.
What you need to be successful:
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with great IT, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and able to problem solve through collaboration with customers and colleagues.
- Capability to work on your own (working from home) whilst remaining a team player.
- Be self-motivated, ambitious, and ready to take on tasks with enthusiasm and determination.
