Operations Coordinator - Twilight Shift
Total Food Service owned by Kitwave Group, has a strong reputation for excellent service and is highly regarded with caterers throughout Yorkshire. With Depots in Clitheroe, Dunnington, Huddersfield and Hull the business is focused on customer service by maintaining a high level of service characterised by our guiding principle “deliver on promise”.
We offer a one stop shop across Ambient, Chilled, Frozen and Non food items, with a product range is excess of 3000 lines. We also have introduced fresh fruit and vegetables.
The expansive range caters for our loyal customer base, which is made up of pubs, restaurants, hotels, cafes, leisure complex, care homes and schools.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Operations Coordinator to join our team based at our Dunnington Depot:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the warehouse team, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Assist with coordinating picking and loading schedules to meet delivery deadlines
- Prepare and manage delivery paperwork including pick lists, load manifests, and dispatch notes
- Handle invoicing tasks, including generating, reviewing, and sending invoices to customers
- Update inventory management systems to reflect incoming and outgoing stock
- warehouse operatives, and office staff to ensure accurate order processing
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, deliveries, or invoicing promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes
- Support health & safety compliance by ensuring proper documentation is filed and available
- Provide general office support, including filing, responding to emails, and data entry
- Help with stock checks, audits, and cycle counts as required
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems is a plus
- Flexible attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed

Hours of Work
44 hours per week, between 3pm-1am over Sunday to Thursday evenings.
