Whisky Club UK is one of the UK’s fastest-growing prize competition platforms - and we’re just getting started. Since 2021, we’ve given away over £1.8M worth of prizes to 18,000+ winners, including rare whiskies, cars, gold, watches, holidays, and more.
We go live every Sunday night with our live stream show, sharing drams, launching competitions, and changing lives. We’ve built a buzzing community of whisky lovers and collectors, and now we’re looking for our next key player.
Who we’re looking for:
We need someone sharp, ambitious, and organised to help run the day-to-day behind the scenes - someone who’s just as happy editing a Reel as they are sending out a bottle of Macallan or replying to a customer email.
This is a bit of a hybrid role, part operational, part stream producer, part content sidekick. Think of yourself as the right-hand to the founding team, with the chance to shape your role and grow with the company.
What you’ll be doing:
Operations & Admin
- Helping run the day-to-day, ordering and shipping prizes, printing orders, chasing couriers, updating spreadsheets, etc.
- Managing customer emails and making sure our inbox doesn’t explode.
- Booking meetings, keeping things organised, and generally being the person that gets stuff done.
Live Show Production (Sunday nights 19:00-00:00)
- Helping us run our weekly livestream (switching screens/cameras, launching competitions, monitoring comments).
- Keeping the show smooth and the tech tidy.
- Thinking ahead, spotting where we can improve or make the experience slicker.
Content & Creative
- Filming and editing short-form content around the office (you’ll work closely with Harvey & Simonh).
- Clipping and re-purposing livestream content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.
- Helping grow our community through content that actually feels fun, not forced.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Love being the person that keeps everything moving, and can do it without being micromanaged.
- Are organised but not rigid. This isn’t corporate. You’ll need to think on your feet.
- Are tech-savvy. Whether it’s OBS, StreamYard, CapCut, or Canva, you can learn your way around anything.
- Are curious about whisky, watches, cars etc! (you don’t need to be a total nerd, but it helps if you’re into it).
- Want to grow with a fast-moving brand and aren’t afraid to take ownership.
Bonus points if:
- You’ve worked on live shows or streams before
- You’ve created content for TikTok, Insta or YouTube
- You’ve got experience in e-commerce, customer support, or fulfilment
- You’ve ever edited a video for someone shouting into a mic…
