The role
We're looking to bring on board an organised, enthusiastic, hardworking individual to work with our operations team to deliver innovative and value-adding NHS & social are services. The core objective of the Operations Administrator at UB will be to support the delivery of our patient and client focused services. The role will require you to work alongside health & social care professionals, meeting key performance indicators that improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities
Working closely with the operations team, health & social care professionals, and our clients, you will:
· Support the delivery of services on behalf of the NHS & social care partners
· Help us to build credible relationship with our NHS & social care clients
· Attend operational contract meetings with NHS & social care clients
· Help grow existing contracts with our NHS & social care clients
· Coordinate appointments and meetings for Health & social care professionals
· Collate documents to aid appointments for Health & social care professionals
· Pre populate documentation to aid appointments for health & social care professionals
· Update software systems with the progress of service delivery
· Help develop & complete reporting templates for our NHS & social care clients
The candidate
- Focused, organised, self-driven, highly motivated and results orientated
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- Confident communicator at all levels, both verbal and written
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good knowledge and use of social media platforms– LinkedIn, Twitter
- ‘Can do’ attitude, including problem-solving capabilities
- Client focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Keen to develop and grow a career
- Ideally a graduate. However this is not essential
- An Enhanced DBS Check will be requires for this role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £24,570.00 per year
