- We are looking for reliable and compassionate individuals to provide vital out-of-hours support to residents living in our refuge accommodation.
Shifts run from 5pm - 9am (overnight) and 9am - 5pm (day), with a handover at each changeover. The role involves carrying out routine visits, responding to emergencies, offering advice and emotional support to residents, and completing essential records
and monitoring forms during each shift.
Applicants must live within a 5-mile radius of central Ipswich, have use of a vehicle, full driving licence and business insurance. This is a lone-working role, so confidence in making decisions and responding calmly in urgent situations is essential.
