Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic office environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organised, and presentable. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both employees and visitors. Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure all office areas, including restrooms, kitchens, and meeting rooms, are kept clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistency in cleanliness.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic are crucial for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within the designated time frame.
