Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Office Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within an office environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for staff and visitors alike. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are kept tidy, safe, and presentable.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming office spaces.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to uphold high standards of hygiene.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working order.
- Follow established health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Requirements
- Any 2 hours per day to suit between 6am and 9 pm
- Monday to Saturday
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently without supervision.
- Good organisational skills to manage time effectively during shifts.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
