Summary
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Jack Nicholas Group. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting our projects within the construction industry. The Office Assistant will be based in our UK facility.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to the team.
- Handle phone calls and maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and partners.
- Organize and maintain office files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
- Support project management by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
