We are seeking a diligent Office Administrator to join our team in maintaining efficient office operations.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative processes within the organisation.
**Duties:**
- Provide general office support including data entry, filing, and correspondence - Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are adequate - Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing calendars effectively - Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette - Organise and schedule meetings, take minutes, and distribute agendas - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Handle queries from employees and clients regarding office operations - Computerise documents and maintain electronic filing systems - Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing - Proficient use of Microsoft office package
- Proven experience in an administrative role with proficiency in Office Administration
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
