Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing support to staff and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Duties
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry and filing
- Manage phone communications with clients and suppliers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation using Microsoft office and Sage
- Organise meetings and appointments for the team in general
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and conducive to productivity
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as required
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficient in computerised systems with strong data entry skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft office and Sage is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
