As the Object Handling and Logistics Assistant, you’ll be the involved with the quality control for items we handle, ensuring every piece from model miniatures to rare posters, is inspected, expertly handled & packed, and dispatched with precision and care. This role plays a key part in maintaining the company’s reputation for quality, expertise and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle & pack client orders to the highest standard using specialist methods
- Conduct condition checks on all items as required
- Monitor and manage packaging and shipping supply levels
- Locate, and prepare stock for photography, orders, exhibitions, and long-term storage
- Support marquee auctions and events throughout the year as needed
- Problem-solve issues, order discrepancies, or urgent/rush requirements
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth logistics operations

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in packing, logistics, warehousing, or shipping
- Knowledge of international customs procedures (a plus)
- Forklift license (desirable, but not essential)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
