Merryvale Nursery is looking to recruit an experienced room leader
We are looking to recruit someone with:
- Very strong communication skills with children, parents, manager & staff
- Strong knowledge of child development
- Experience of leading a baby room
- Experienced at implementing the EYFS in nursery settings
- Ability to use your experience and professionalism to build on our good work
- Insistence on high standards of care and education
- Ability to make the room a wonderful learning opportunity for the children.
- To be able to create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- To be able to plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging
- To be able to work in partnership with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs.
