Pre-Prep Nursery Deputy – Join Our Outstanding Team!
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Room Leader to join our brand-new, purpose-built Pre-Prep Room for children in their final year before school.
About the Role
Our Pre-Prep Room is designed to give children the very best start to their school journey, focusing on school readiness, independence, and a love for learning. You will work alongside the Room Leader to plan and deliver an exciting curriculum that inspires curiosity and confidence in every child.

Our modern, carbon-zero nursery building accommodates 40 children in a light-filled, sustainable space equipped with the latest resources. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking, eco-friendly early years setting.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in an Early Years setting, ideally with preschool-aged children
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and school readiness preparation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A warm, nurturing approach with a passion for helping children thrive
