This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified practitioner to thrive in a positive setting that values staff development, offers training opportunities, and promotes from within.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for a key group of children, providing high-quality care and tracking their developmental progress.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support all areas of learning.
- Maintain a warm, safe, and inclusive environment for children, families, and team members.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and uphold our commitment to child welfare.
- Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For
- A Full and Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.
- A clear enhanced DBS check (we’ll assist with this if needed).
- A genuine passion for childcare and early years development.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and early years best practices.
- Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- A positive, adaptable attitude with creativity and a nurturing approach.
