About the Role:
Tenderlinks Day Nursery in Elstead is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early years education and committed to providing the highest standard of care and learning for young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
- Work in partnership with parents, carers, and the wider nursery team
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding and EYFS requirements
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a nursery or childcare setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
