We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team in Verwood. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the early development of children aged in a supportive and engaging setting.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and happy environment for children to learn and play.
- Planning and delivering a variety of fun and educational activities, including arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.
- Building positive relationships with each child, fostering their confidence and independence.
- Working closely with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and development.
- Ensuring the highest standards of care and safety at all times.
What we're looking for:
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent).
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a similar role (desirable).
- A First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
