Your role will involve:
- Supporting children’s early development in line with EYFS guidance
- Building warm and trusting relationships with your key children and their parents
- Contributing to activity planning and developmental observations
- Encouraging curiosity and independent learning
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive learning space
Ideal candidates will have:
- A full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification
- Good knowledge of child development and safeguarding
- The ability to work well within a team and use initiative
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with young children
