Qualifications:
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is an asset

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children

Summary

As a Nursery Practitioner Level 2 or Level 3, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Reporting to the Nursery Manager, your role involves implementing early childhood education practices while ensuring effective communication with children, parents, and staff. Your core skills in childcare and nursery experience will be essential in supporting child development and learning. Additionally, your leadership abilities will enhance team dynamics, contributing to a collaborative atmosphere.

You’ll need to be able to provide two satisfactory references (one must be your most recent employer), and be eligible for an enhanced DBS check. There may also be occasional travel to other Ashbourne nurseries if needed.
