We are looking for an experienced Chef to help provide their expertise for our brand new Nursery, Our Nursery has a maximum capacity of over 100 children.
Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for a nursery chef who can prepare and serve meals according to health and safety standards, manage dishwashing and keep our kitchen clean and tidy.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Preparing and serving morning snack (9:15am), lunch (11:45am) and afternoon snack (15:15)
- Managing dishes and cleaning the kitchen
- Ensuring that all health and safety legal requirements are followed in line with the Company's policies and procedures
- Communicating relevant information about food and hygiene policy and health and safety procedures to all members of the team
- Undertaking all relevant training
- Prior experience is preferred
- Full knowledge of hygiene and safety standards is expected
- Experience with working with children is advantageous
The hours of work for this position are likely to be 9:00 am - 6.00 pm, five days per week.
