Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a tidy work environment and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
Skills
- Ability to drive is preferred for transportation between locations.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries or issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with colleagues and clients alike.
