Join Our Nursery Team as a Bank Staff Member!
We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and flexible Bank Staff Members to join our friendly nursery team.
As part of our bank staff, you’ll provide essential cover for staff absences and busy periods, helping us maintain a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
What you’ll do:
- Support the daily care, play and learning activities of children aged [insert age range]
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
- Work as part of a supportive team
- Be available to cover shifts at short notice when needed
What we’re looking for:
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Previous childcare experience (preferred but not essential)
- A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2/3) is desirable, but we also welcome unqualified applicants willing to learn
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
