Skills;
- · Welsh speaking or a strong willingness to learn.
- · Passion for working with children and to provide a warm, caring, safe and stimulating environment
- An ability to provide high quality activities and childcare, and a learning environment that offers excellent quality care and education through a broad and balanced curriculum
- · Be able to create activity that will enable the children to develop the skills required for them to flourish at home and later in school
- · Good written and verbal skills
- · Willingness to take up necessary training
- · Able to work independently with little supervision
- · An ability to communicate well with colleagues, parents and professionals.
- · An ability to assess the needs of all children and engage them in appropriate, stimulating play by encouraging independence by self-selecting their own toys.
- · Listening to the voice of the child
- · An ability to treat everyone with equal respect, irrespective of gender, race, religion or disability
Term Time Only
Job Types: Part-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
