Location: Marlborough Day Nursery, Coalville, Leicestershire
Hours: 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Are you passionate about working with children and ready to begin a rewarding career in early years education? Marlborough Day Nursery is looking for a friendly, caring and motivated apprentice to join our team.
This is a full-time, paid position, ideally suited to a school leaver or someone looking for a career change. You’ll work alongside experienced staff while studying towards your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification – gaining valuable hands-on experience in a vibrant and nurturing setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Supporting children’s learning, play and development
✔ Helping with activities, meals, nappy changes and daily routines
✔ Creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment
✔ Observing and recording children’s progress
✔ Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team
Training and Qualification
- Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Weekly online tutorials and one-to-one mentoring
- On-the-job training from experienced early years educators
- Functional skills support if required

About Marlborough Day Nursery
We’re a family-owned nursery in the heart of Coalville, caring for children aged 0–5 in a warm, nurturing, and high-quality environment. With two outdoor play spaces, a huge sports hall, soft play, sensory room and library, we give every child the chance to grow, learn and shine.
