Holiday Inn Express Castle Bromwich are looking for a dedicated team member to join our close-knit Nights Team. As a Night Guest Service Assistant, you will be the face of the hotel, providing our guests with exceptional service in your unique, friendly way.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be as follows:
· Working as part of our great team, reporting to the Night Manager
· Helping with the preparation of breakfast
· Completing Night Audits
· Keeping buffet areas fully stocked with fresh dishes & plates
· Basic cleaning tasks
· Any other tasks outlined by the Night Manager
