We are looking for a Night Team leader to join our compassionate and caring home.
At St Anne's Residential Home in Whitstone, Nr Holsworthy, we pride ourselves on being a high-quality and caring Residential home that supports our Residents to live their lives the way they want. As a Team leader you will make a direct difference to our Residents' lives - providing personal care, assisting with topical medication, serving food / drinks and just being there for them when they need it including activities and supporting them to maintain relationships with their family and friends. As Team Leader you will be trained to administer medication when required and manage your care staffing team.
