We are seeking a reliable and proactive Night Supervisor to join our team. This role is key to supporting our dedicated night staff across multiple properties and ensuring the smooth running of operations overnight.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support and guidance to night staff across various properties.
- Carry out regular property inspections throughout the shift, ensuring standards are maintained.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Complete accurate reports and handovers to daytime management.
- Ensure safety, security, and compliance at all times.
- Liaise with Emergency Services
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Experience in a supervisory or security/property management role preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Flexibility to work night shifts across different property locations.
