Job Overview:
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations to customers
- Bubble tea making and food preparing
- Process transactions accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organised store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Routine in-store cleaning
- Participate in company's social media content (occasionally)
We are looking for:
- Someone can work from 11pm-6:45am
- Someone who is passionate about gaming and bubble tea
- Able to work under pressure and fast phase environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage

Experience:
- F&B experiences: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality experiences: 1 year (preferred)
Expected hours: up to 40 per week
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
