Cheval Phoenix House is currently recruiting for a Night Receptionist to join their Front Office team at our luxury serviced apartments.
Superbly located just moments from Sloane Square on a discreet side street in Chelsea, Cheval Phoenix House boasts a selection of 34 open plan, one- and two-bedroom apartments available to book for any length of stay. Following a complete refurbishment, this boutique residences apartments feature contemporary décor and a minimalistic design, making them more spacious and airy than previously.
As the Night Receptionist you will be responsible for providing a courteous, efficient and friendly service to our residents, whilst also maintaining the security of the residence. This is a very varied role which includes dealing with guest enquiries/arrivals and departures, some administration work, floor walks and keeping the reception area clean and tidy. This role involves working 12-hour shifts on a four on four off rota basis.
