The Crown Hotel, Wetheral, Carlisle is a 67 bedroomed, 4 Star Hotel positioned in a village location 3.2 miles outside Carlisle.
We require a Night Porter to work between 11:00pm and 7:00am on a 4 nights on 4 nights off rota and cover additional shifts for big events and holidays.
Duties
- Responsible for the security of the Hotel during the night
- Setting up of functions and conferences and breakfast table set up
- Clearing and cleaning of areas used during the day
- Ensuring outside areas are cleared Garden/Bars etc
- Any other duties as set out by the Duty Manager
Requirements
- Need to be over 18 years old
- Be able to work nights from 11:00pm until 7:00/7:30am
- Be able to move around furniture and chairs
- Able to work alone and on your own initiative
- Ideally have worked in an Hotel environment but not necessary as full training will be given.
