Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Assist guests with their luggage and personal belongings, providing support as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and entrances.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that all areas are well-organised and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
