Shift Pattern
Our shift pattern is on a 6-day rolling rota and is 3 nights on and 3 nights off, working a shift of 7pm until 7am.
Role
As a Night Lounge Cleaner, when starting and ending your shift, you will be working with the lounge team, engaging with each guest to ensure that we deliver a great experience every time
This is a multi-skilled role with a focus on the below areas;
- Deep-cleaning task to be carried out when lounge is closed
- total customer satisfaction and meet company standards
- Use of cleaning products in a safe manner
- To follow cleaning procedures including use of equipment · Health & safety in the workplace including Control of Substances Harmful to Health (COSHH)
- Keeping public areas clean and tidy
- Carry out all cleaning duties in the lounge floors, emptying bins. Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and towels in a timely manner
- Ensure the services, hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness of the Lounge achieve
- Helping clean tables after customer use (when lounge is open)
- Working as part of a team, helping others out when required
Requirements
Due to the nature of working at the airport the below will be required
- You will need to have a valid passport
- You will need to be authorised to work in the United Kingdom
- You will be asked to complete 5 years of employment/education, so living in the UK for the past 5 years is desired
- You must have a clean criminal
