We are looking for a customer-focused Night Concierge to join our team in a building located in Great Portland Street, London. This position offers competitive pay of £13.68 p/h including holiday pay and an opportunity for overtime.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist residents, guests, and visitors.
- Monitor security through patrols and CCTV, reporting any incidents.
- Manage parcels, mail, and keys, ensuring proper records.
- Assist with building maintenance, health & safety checks, and cleanliness.
- Collect rubbish bags left outside apartments during patrols
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries efficiently
What You Need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of security protocols, CCTV monitoring, and access control.
- Well-presented, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to follow instructions and security procedures.
- Prior experience in concierge and security roles
Shift Details:
· Thursday: 19:00 – 08:00
· Friday: 19:00 – 08:00
· Saturday: 20:00 – 08:00
· Sunday: 20:00 – 08:00
