What You'll Be Doing:
- Offering person-centred care to our lovely residents during the night
- Assisting with night-time routines and responding to resident needs with empathy and patience
- Providing companionship and reassurance
- Helping with light cleaning and preparation for the morning team
- Keeping accurate records
- Working closely with your colleagues
What We're Looking For:
- Kindness, reliability, and a calm, reassuring manner
- A team player with a can-do attitude – experience is great, but not essential!
- Someone who is passionate about helping others, especially during the quiet hours
