This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Work Pattern: M-T 6.30 - 14:30 F 6.30 - 14:00). This is a field-based role and will require travel to our customers and properties, on a specific patch within the Newtide Housing Association area. This area includes: Ipswich.
To join us as a Neighbourhood Cleaner we are looking for someone that meets the following criteria:
- Experience in the cleaning industry.
- A full UK driving license.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic IT skills (Outlook, Teams).
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude.
As a Neighbourhood Cleaner you’ll be part of a customer-focused team, ensuring communal areas and neighbourhoods are kept to a high standard through tasks such as:
- Hoovering and mopping floors.
- High and low-level dusting.
- Litter picking.
- General cleaning duties.
You’ll also be responsible for maintaining equipment and adhering to health and safety requirements. We live by our values and are passionate about making a difference.
