About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) Installation Contractor to join our growing team. This is a contract-based opportunity to work on residential projects, ensuring high-quality installation of MVHR systems in line with industry standards and project specifications.
We currently have live contracts installing on new-build residential projects in St Albans and Bermondsey, with more to follow. Due to the location of our St Albans project, a car/van would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install MVHR systems in new-build and retrofit projects
- Interpret technical drawings and ventilation schematics
- Coordinate with site managers, electricians, and other trades
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and ventilation standards (Part F)
- Conduct system testing and commissioning where required
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MVHR installation (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Knowledge of domestic and/or commercial ventilation systems
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., BPEC, NICEIC Ventilation Installer, etc.)
- CSCS card (or equivalent)
- Own tools and transport
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Public liability insurance
