Role Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Multi-Utility Operatives to support our utility installation projects across various sites. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation and maintenance of utility services, including water, gas, and electric. You will work to strict safety and quality standards in line with industry regulations and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and connect multi-utility services (gas, water, and electricity)
- Carry out excavations and reinstatements as required
- Operate plant and machinery safely and competently (training provided if required)
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team on various site locations
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Accurately complete all relevant job documentation and reports
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and site teams
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working in utility installation (gas, water, and/or electric)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Industry-recognised certifications and tickets needed, such as:
- EUSR SHEA (Power, Gas and Water)
- EUSR Water Hygiene
- NCO Water & Gas Mains, Services, Assistants
- CPCS or NPORS excavator and dumper
- First Aid
- Cat & Jenny
- Streetworks / NRSWA (New Roads and Street Works Act)
- We will provide:

- Strong understanding of health & safety in a utility environment
- Reliable, hard-working, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
